Film maker/News Producer Dean Ryan specifies on the Freedom Of Joyce show that the tiny homes were donated to the homeless by individuals not corporations. Unfortunately, the houses were confiscated by the LAPD on behalf of Los Angeles City Council. The LAPD also confiscated camping equipment and gear which was also donated.
The reason behind seizing the tiny homes is the suspicion that the occupants are consuming alcohol, illegal drugs, and fornicating. They can not have this in Los Angeles on public land claims LA City Council. There has only been one reported case of drinking alcohol and one reported case of weapon possession. Dean Ryan states that such claims are a speculation, and can be classified more or less as “thought crimes”, because one can speculate that their neighbor is engaging in such activities whether it be in Beverly Hills or Skid Row.
There is never a problem when there is a tent city on the public sidewalk which council members refer to as “bulk junk”. That seems to never bother them because now they can point to the taxpayer and say, “We need more social corporate welfare tax money.”
Dean Ryan suggests that if these homes are really a nuisance and a hazard than let’s find a safe area to put the tiny homes on. Let’s teach the homeless how to make crisis gardens. Let’s build our cities and communities back one individual idea at a time. That’s what this tiny house movement is really all about. It’s about making a difference. Not just talking about it, but being about it.
There will be a Rally on March 18, 2016 at 11:30 AM in front of LA City Hall to shed light on the immoral crime committed on the less fortunate by the City Council and demand the stolen tiny houses be returned.

Why has Pope Francis visited the United States at this time in human history? Why has Pope Francis addressed the United States Congress?
The reason is climate change legislature that is going to be decided on this November in France with the European Union. It is all about the TPP and TPA. President Obama and Pope Francis will both be attending this crucial climate summit.
The TPP and the TPA can be confusing. Here is a brief explanation to simplify it:
To explain this in layman terms. The TPA allows any president to make a trade deal with the European Union and create legislature that can be fast-tracked without 2/3 vote from congress and be implemented into state law violating the Constitution.
Theoretically, very soon you may have to abide by new climate control legislature that will require you to buy and replace all of your appliances from only companies approved by your state legislature. Your energy use will be monitored and you can be fined for over usage or not having the proper appliances. This state legislature will not be voted for by the people or their representatives in Congress, but dictated by the President of United States and the European Union.
U.S. Senator Jeff Sessions gives a thorough and in depth explanation on how this works in the video below.
So, why does Pope Francis come to America and address climate change on the White House Lawn? If the Pope endorses the validity and reason for climate change reform, then millions of Americans will be more likely to drop to their knees and bow their heads like docile children while their Constitution is sodomized by the man they “think” is closest to God.
We will submit to this because it is already being marketed to us as “Green Jobs” “Green Sustainability”. You must do your part to save the planet. Well, if the powers that be really wanted to “go green” or create “green jobs” they would get the EU to trade and legalize hemp. It is common knowledge, that hemp provides paper, fiber, fuel, food, medicine, and it is biodegradable. But… No… Instead, we are going be taxed, boxed, and triangulated into a faulty unsustainable system that will continue to frack, pollute and create wars for the archaic use of fossil fuels all in the name of the all mighty dollar.
On the 8th day Satan created the TPA and Satan was pleased.
I just recently went to a Go Topless Day Protest & Rally in Venice Beach California. I was inspired to take Freedom Of Joyce Media to do a women on the street interview for a multitude of reasons.
I had recently interviewed my friend Suzanne Whang. I noticed that she made a post over her discontent with someone whom had reported a photo that she had posted on facebook. The photo was a a picture of her breasts after treatment for cancer.
Suzanne felt her photo was tasteful and very helpful to woman who were struggling with self acceptance of their body image post treatment. Facebook reviewed the complaint and determined that her photo did not fit into the facebook community guidelines. https://www.facebook.com/communitystandards.
Social media platforms such as facebook and instagram allow pics of breasts as long as the nipples are covered. According to facebook, the only acceptable nipple exposure allowed would be what “they” determine as “art”.
If it is not art, but a selfie of your bare beauties you must cover the nipples. If you want, you can cut and paste a man’s nipples over your nipples in the photo. This has been determined to be acceptable for social media platforms like twitter, instagram, and facebook. There are even nipple templates online that you can use for your convenience.
Legally, the nipples are considered lewd. Exposure of your twins sunny-side up in public, can get you arrested in many states in the US.
Gotopless.org created the hashtag #freethenipples and just recently aired their documentary “Free the Nipples” a few days before the protest took place on Venice Beach. Suzanne Whang took it a step further on facebook by creating the hashtag #freethevowels, because profanity is acceptable on social media if you replace the vowel with another symbol like this “F#ck”.
The catalyst for gotopless.org started back in 1992 with the case People VS Ramona Santorelli and Mary Lou Schloss. The New York Court of Appeals ruled in favor of two women who were arrested with five others for exposing their breasts in a Rochester park, holding the law void as discriminatory. The ruling was put to the test in 2005, when Jill Coccarro bared her breasts on Delancey Street in New York, citing the 1992 decision, and was detained for twelve hours. She subsequently successfully sued the city for $29,000.
In 2007, Go Topless, a national organization supporting gender equality in shirtlessness laws, established Go Topless Day. Dozens of women protest – often topless – in thirty cities around the United States, promoting equal rights to be shirtless.
Go Topless was formed in the state of Nevada by a former French auto-racing journalist Claude Vorilhon, currently known as Rael, spiritual leader of the Raelian Movement, a UFO religion.
I also, became interested in covering this protest with Freedom Of Joyce media because I had noticed women in the US, and other countries protesting topless with messages written across their chests rather than pieces of cardboard or banners.
Take notice that circles of black ink have been drawn over the nipples in this photo, which means one should be able to share it on facebook or instagram with no penalties.
The video below is the trailer for FOJ Media’s coverage of the Go Topless Day rally and protest that took place in Venice Beach August 23, 2015. You can watch the full video for only $1.99. Click here to purchase and view now.
Women protesting topless or nude is nothing new. According to legend, Lady Godiva rode nude on a horse through the streets of England in order to to gain a remission of the oppressive toll imposed by her husband on his tenants.
Perhaps, the courage of woman to bare all to change the world is just what we need right now. Changing the world one breast at at time.
Please note that you must be over 18 to view the video. The video is rated TVMA.
A TV-MA rating means the program is suitable for mature audiences only. A program rated TV-MA may contain extreme graphic violence (V), strong profanity (L), overtly sexual dialogue. (D), nudity and/or strong sexual content
Today, Keyan Shokraie is a cannabis oil designer, extraction and refinement expert, and the CEO of weedsap.com. Just a few years ago, there were no cannabis oil designer jobs, and if you referred to yourself as a cannabis entrepreneur, it would be construed as a bourgeois way of calling yourself a drug dealer.
Shokraie wanted a unique way into the cannabis business, and he wanted something out of the box. When Keyan and his wife had their first child, he became uncomfortable with smoking cannabis in the house. He did not like the smell of marijuana around the baby, and began searching for a smokeless solution. He started to take a look at the electronic cigarette, and felt that it’s platform was a fit for the cannabis business.
When Keyan first got into the vaping business, making cannabis oil was very unregulated. You got the best of what came from your dealer. Now, you can smoke discreetly and not compromise the cannabis experience. The medical marijuana state laws, and recent recreational laws have allowed us to blend different strains in a way that will give a unique and more consistent cannabis experience for consumer.
The real goal of weedsap.com and of Dank Tank is to have a quality product that will allow the consumer to use the product in a unique manner, in an accessible manner, and with the the discretion that makes them feel comfortable and safe.
Weedsap.com is a family owed business that is proud to be a part of a multimillion dollar business community that is dedicated to exceptional cannabis development. There are a whole host of citizens, who are working every single day to make cannabis the new enterprise and American economy.
The interview takes the listener back to 2007, during a politically tumultuous time in California for marijuana distribution and sales, and brings you to the budding cannabis market of today. Shokraie gives detailed descriptions of Dank Tank’s line up of designer cannabis oils, and explains weedsap.com‘s process from seed, flower, and final product. You can visit Dank Tank’s website at www.weedsap.com.
The words “To Protect and Serve” are written on the side of every police car we see, but having witnessed the militarization of our police on the Occupy movement one has to question “Whom do they serve, and who are they really protecting?”
Just recently, the city of Oakland was ordered to give a 4.5 million dollar settlement to a former marine injured in a Occupy demonstration. Scott Olsen an Iraq war veteran and anti-war activist suffered brain damage after being struck in the head with a lead filled bean bag fired by a police officer. Veteran hurt by Police during Occupy Oakland set to receive 4.5 million
In Los Angeles CA, former Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa apologized for what he says was an abuse of power on his part. The mayor stated, “It has been difficult for me to sleep at night knowing what political and physical abuse that I have issued against these peaceful protesters. He continued to incite incidents like the highly militarized 2011 raid against the Occupy LA encampment, which included 1,400 LAPD officers and 292 arrests. If given the opportunity to do it all over again the mayor says he wished he had focused more on putting the real criminals in jail, the bankers. Mayor Villaraigosa apologizes for 18 months of abuse for Occupy LA
Despite the mistreatment of American protesters president Obama appears to be more concerned with the well-being of Ukrainian protesters.
The fact that Obama used the Ukrainian government’s treatment of it’s protestors as a stance to reprimand them is so hypocritical. It’s like being Sweeney Todd and telling Jack the Ripper, “You might want to cut back on slicing people’s throats for awhile ’cause it’s really not in vogue at the moment.”
Mainstream media’s portrayal of the protester intelligibly paints a negative image for those who exercise their first amendment rights. They often depict the activist as hostile and one step away from being considered a domestic threat to Homeland Security.
The National Defense Authorization Act Fiscal Year 2012 affirms provisions authorizing the indefinite military detentions of civilians, including US citizens, without habeas corpus, or due process, contained in the Authorization For Use Of Military Force.
Technically, you can be labeled a “domestic terrorist” for conspiring and engaging in a protest, and such a technicality has already happened.
Check out what transpired in Chicago Illinois…
A jury acquitted three NATO summit protesters Friday of breaking Illinois’ rarely tested state terrorism law, but did convict them on lesser arson counts.
Mike “Blue Hair” Smith is the co-founder of Film The Police Portland. About a year ago Mike Smith co-founded FTP PDX with a Carrie R. Medina a live streamer and friend from Occupy Portland.
I met Mike Smith while we were both guests on Fight Church TV hosted by rapper turned activist Jessie Sponberg. Having been in a swat style federal raid with the DEA near a California medical marijuana dispensary, and recent participation in Occupy LA, I fully understood the benefits of filming the police in order to monitor their behavior on duty. A few weeks later I joined Carrie and Mike in a Saturday evening of Film The Police Portland in downtown Portland Oregon.
I kept in touch with Mike primarily though facebook. About a month ago I noticed a video that he posted in the news feed titled, “FTP Portland Police Torment The Homeless”.
In the video a Portland Oregon police officer gives a ticket to a homeless man because the tarp he is sleeping under is considered a “structure”, and apparently one must have a permit to put up a “structure”, on public property. Portland Oregon is known for having a heavy rain season and the homeless have been sleeping under tarps for years. Why are they all of the sudden writing tickets and enforcing such laws now?
Could we be witnessing classicism mandated by local government on the homeless population enforced by the police?
The International Day Against Police March and Rally was carried out in several different several cities in the US. What was different about the march in Portland Oregon was that we also marched against the Portland police’s treatment of the homeless.
When Mike Smith invited me to join the march and rally on March 15, 2014, not only did I want to participate, but I asked Mike if he would be a guest on my Freedom Of Joyce show to discuss the increasing police control over US citizens.
The above video is the actual broadcast of of the interview. Here is a brief synopsis of the show:
Mike Smith co-founder of Film The Police Portland discusses why he created FTPPDX, and his upcoming protest, “The International Day Against Police Brutality FTP March and Rally”.
Freedom of Joyce host Tere Joyce, announces that she will live stream the protest over the Global Illumination Council website at thegic.org the following day. Gun Advocate DinoDad32.com joins the show in the second hour to give us The Freedom Report on gun control laws in Connecticut. The militarization of the police is discussed, and mainstream media’s success in creating a growing population of people who are docile in the face of inappropriate police authority.
Several people gave testimony in this video as to why they were at the rally and marching. They speak from their personal experience with police brutality and share their loss of loved one’s lives. The protesters gathered at City Hall and marched to Right 2 Dream Too. (R2Dtoo) provides refuge for Portland’s community who cannot access affordable housing or shelter space.
The reason why I chose to march in this protest is because I feel that America is becoming a police state. It is clear to me that our government has used militarized police coercion on US citizens who are exercising their first amendment rights. This is disturbing to me.
To what lengths will our government go to stop us from free speech and free expression? Why does engaging in a constitutional act warrant such violent actions against it?
In the protest video, an activist shouts to the crowd at the rally, ” We are not just marching against the police we are a marching against the people who order them to do these things.” “The police are nothing more than the mechanism by which this occurs.”
Saturday March, 15, 2014 a march and rally sponsored by Film The Police Portland will be taking place at city hall in Portland Oregon.
“We march because the police need to be held accountable for their actions. We march because an injury to one of us is an injury to all. We march because we can beat city hall. We march to stand in solidarity with our homeless friends who can not sleep with adequate cover from the elements because of anti-human laws that need to be changed.” View the facebook evite here.
Mike Smith founder of Film the Police Portland will be a guest on Freedom Of Joyce Show hosted by comic/activist Tere Joyce on Friday March 14, 2014. Smith and Joyce met a little over a year ago when both were guests on Fight Church TV with Jessie Sponberg. Tere Joyce will be joining the march to participate and live stream the event. You can watch the live stream on the Global Illumination Council website at www.thegic.org . The event will broadcast March 15, 2014 at 4:30 PM PST.
Watch the Portland police torment the homeless in this video.
The above video inspired Tere Joyce to include the topic of Portland Police and their treatment of the homeless in her Freedom Of Joyce opening monologue.
